Here is a little project I did last week. In between, two sick kids and cleaning the entire house for company. (And that's a feat for me, as I HATE to clean)
Here is a before and after of my main floor bathroom.
Yep- that's a purple color you see there.
It was cute and girlie, but I was sick of looking at it and needed a change. The color I chose is a color that is currently on my wall as an accent wall in my family room. It is a Behr paint called Garden Wall.
and the result:
Took me about 3 1/2 hours total to do two coats. (and yes, I painted the canvases, (I took them out of my formal living room as they were looking small in that space...)
Love the color you chose. It looks great. I'm with you - I don't like to clean either.
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing what paint will do! The newer larger prints look great and fit the space too!
ReplyDelete3 and a half hours! You are a Speedy Gonzales painter! Bravo! It looks so fresh and pretty!
ReplyDeleteThe new paint color is just gorgeous and I love the prints. They are so perfect for the space. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteI liked both the before and after, but the paintings you did on the after, seal the deal!
ReplyDeleteI love it when people create their own artwork for their homes. Something no one else has and full of personality.
ReplyDeleteIt's so strange how our tastes can change completely!! The new look is great and original art always impresses me!
ReplyDeleteI love the color, and the canvases - aren't you talented!
ReplyDeleteYou must be a fast painter. I always have to paint really slowly because I'm so messy.
