This pocket board was made a while ago but I thought it was an easy project. One I found inspiring. I took left over styrofoam, covered it with batting and took my extra fabric starting at the top. I took the top of the fabric and staple gunned it to the board. Then folded a pocket up with the fabric, I continued all the way down. I pinned the pockets so that I knew how many pockets I could get before the end and bottom of the fabric. Also, some pockets are deeper than others. Then I turned it over and pulled it taut and continued stapling it as I went down. I've made a different one with particle board, and another I made with an old canvas. I can't stick pins or tacks in the canvas one but the pockets work good enough for me.
